G&P Pop-up 4th October

Wow, never let it be said that people who work in catering don’t earn their money. As a mark of my inexperience I have only just about recovered from hosting my last pop-up supper at Café des Artistes last Friday. It was a fabulous evening and I got a real buzz from seeing – and hearing – my 26 guests enjoy themselves so much. Thank you all for coming! My sincere thanks also to my friends and family – Peter, Marylin and Dominic – who ensured that nothing went too far amiss. Although, call myself a blogger, I was too hectic to take any decent photographs. If anyone has any pictures of the night please email me, as I would love to see them.

Here’s some of the lovely feedback I received on Twitter, thanks guys:

@Ethixbird “We had a great time thank you Chloe and we’ll be looking our for future events. Hope you are feeling happy.”
@badgermind “Splendid cooking.”
@LittleLewes “Delicious food last night – thank you so much!”
@RachelCarless “‘Twas a veritable feast of deliciousness with splendid company! More, more!”
